项目打war包出现以下错误

项目从SVN上检下来 后 发现pom.xml中两个依赖jar包报错 Missing artifact net.sourceforge.cglib:com.springsource.net.sf.cglib:jar:2.2.0，Missing artifact com.rop:rop:jar:1.0.7
但是 maven仓库中存在这两个jar包：


在运行打war包的时候报错

而且也不影响项目的运行，就是打jar包的时候出错

仓库清空过 还是可以根据 pom.xml中的坐标 下载下来jar包 但是在打war包的时候提示错误

可能是有些网站无法访问导致的吧 可以参考 http://www.cnblogs.com/wql025/p/4996484.html 这里的方法试试。 另外，你的dom4j引用了2次， 尽量使用 http://mvnrepository.com 中的jar

删除掉lastupdated结尾的文件,然后清除依赖重新打包试试
