NGINX反向代理发送请求，超时10秒重复提交请求，请问如何解决？

在度娘以后，找到了两个解决方案。

1、在上下文，local里面添加

proxy_connect_timeout 90;
proxy_send_timeout 90;
proxy_read_timeout 90;

2、同样在local里添加

proxy_next_upstream off;


尝试过以后还是没有解决到问题。

再次度娘，找到了一句

server address [fail_timeout=30s]

但因为本人NGINX新手，完全不知道这句话要加载哪里。。。
