speechsynthesizer TTS- zh-CN

SpeechSynthesizer syth = new SpeechSynthesizer();
syth.SelectVoice("Microsoft Server Speech Text to Speech Voice (zh-CN, HuiHui)");

机器已安装:speech platform 11和语言包huihui,
但是执行到syth.SelectVoice报错,信息如下:
报错
Cannot set voice. No matching voice is installed or the voice was disabled.
