求PHP的AES 解密函数

六.证件号加密解密算法
证件号为AES 加密方式并以BASE64 编码为密文。只需要使用对应的密钥用AES
解密即可,详情如下:
加密算法:AES/ECB/PKCS5Padding (AES 加密,ECB模式,PKCS5 填充算法)
编码:UTF-8/BASE64
解密密钥:v074KOx28G46b6gH
解密调用事例:
var data = Convert.FromBase64String("加密后的身份证密文"); //密文需要先用
BASE64 解码转换为字节数组
using (var aes = Aes.Create())
{
aes.Key = Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes("解密密钥"); //密钥
aes.Mode = CipherMode.ECB; //ECB模式
aes.Padding = PaddingMode.PKCS7; //PKCS7(兼容PKCS5)
