C++中使用GDI+进行gif图片保存是有关画质问题

请教：
近期需要在将一张GIF图上进行一些修改，修改的时候要一帧一帧修改，然后再保存为GIF格式，可是保存图之后，新图片上有那种星星点点，画质低，自己查了很久的资料，只知道，是因为GIF只有256色，所以想请问，有没有什么解决方案。
