redmine中的Email配置问题

在/config/configuration.yml中：
production:
email_delivery:
delivery_method: :smtp
smtp_settings:
address: "smtp.163.com"
port:25
domain: 'smtp.163.com'
authentication: :plain
user_name: 'yonn*****@163.com'
password: 'my_own_password'

如果我使用家里的WiFi，或者手机热点都可以成功发送和接受测试邮件
但是！在公司里边，因为公司使用的日本代理来上网的，10.145.~~~，configuration.yml中的配置内容不变时，发送测试邮件就会报错：
发送邮件时发生错误 (Connection refused - connect(2) for "smtp.163.com" port 25)
