求助一个关于网管软件mrgt的问题

这是我在windows下的安装步骤，最后运行结果也贴出来了，返回结果是否正确？我打开index.html文件后已经读取出路由器型号、端口等配置信息，就是不显示流量曲线图，是什么原因？
1、 安装ActivePerl
2、 windows下IIS服务开启支持其web页面的浏览。用“打开或关闭windows功能”选项开启，找到ISS后勾选所有。
3、windows以及路由器上SNMP服务开启。windows开启方法如IIS，打开后用services.msc查看并编辑属性中的安全选项卡，添加团体名和IP；路由器上需在snmp管理里配置团体名并选择版本号。
4、下载MRTG，注意下载的windows版本，格式为zip格式。安装完成后配置环境变量，并cd到bin目录下用perl mrtg测试，如果打印

5、运行命令行切换到mrtg的bin目录下去指定需要监控的主机地址等相关信息，在bin目录执行如下命令： C:/mrtg-2.17.2/bin/perl cfgmaker fiberhome@192.168.100.1 --global "workdir: c:/inetpub/wwwroot/mrtg" --output "c:/inetpub/wwwroot/mrtg/pc.cfg" 然后直接回车，cfgmaker是mrtg的命令，fiberhome@192.168.100.1 中fiberhome就是SNMP Service中配置的接受团体名称，@后面是IP地址；workdir是指定工作目录，而output是指定生成配置文件的输出目录，最后生成的配置文件以cfg后缀格式。这样就已经配置好了监控的那台主机的配置服务。
6、生成一个web页面来显示当前监控的信息
c:\mrtg\bin>perl indexmaker c:/inetpub/wwwroot/mrtg/mrtg.cfg>c:/inetpub/wwwroot/mrtg/index.html
7、运行mrtg，执行命令
c:\mrtg\bin>perl mrtg --logging=c:/inetpub/wwwroot/mrtg/mrtg.log c:/inetpub/wwwr
oot/mrtg/mrtg.cfg
运行这个命令之后就可以在dos屏幕下看到有数据信息在滚动，说明SNMP已经在发送和接受信息了，这个时候可以在本地浏览器或者远程流程上访问当前的IIS服务，访问index.html页面，查看流量信息，默认是5分钟发送一次信息。最后一步信息如下：
