Junit4 springboot 使用时报错

问题样子大体上是git上得代码拉下来以后其他人的Junit 都能跑起来，就我自己的这个跑不起来

看错误答题时配置文件没有加载，我试着在@Before mockMvc赋值前一行家里sysout 但是没有输出，是不是没有进去@before注解的方法，没有加载成功配置文件，，，，求大神解答，，，，已经晕一天了，该怎么处理
