.Net 4.6.2 安装报错 netfx_Full-x64.msi Certificate change not built

请教各位大虾，

OS: Windows Embedded Standard 7 Service Pack 1

.Net 4.6.1 已经被安装了。当我安装.Net 4.6.2 offline installer的时候，报错。请看下边红色部分。网上看了些不同的方法，有用collect.exe收集信息，发给微软的。有修改注册表的。但是我不是很了解，所以先想问问。
