hibernate-3.2.6.ga.jar这个包在网上怎么找都找不到，应该把这个换成4的就可以了吧，因为异常说的就是这个包里没有addannotationclass这个方法。可惜我找不到4的包

解决了,光想着提高hibernate版本了,降低了spring也行,zz
