stm32f107烧写问题

使用烧录器SWD方式烧写，在目前板子上（主控为stm32f107）遇到的问题 ：
第一次烧写有时候不成功，报错如下：
***JLink Error: Communication timed out: Requested 8 bytes, received 0 bytes !
Could not start CPU core. (ErrorCode: -1)
***JLink Error: Can not read register 15 (R15) while CPU is running
**JLink Warning: CPU could not be halted
***JLink Error: Could not read memory location 0x20000000 when trying to clear soft RAM BP
Could not start CPU core. (ErrorCode: -1)
***JLink Error: Can not read register 20 (CFBP) while CPU is running
**JLink Warning: CPU could not be halted
***JLink Error: Could not start CPU core. (ErrorCode: -1)
***JLink Error: CPU is not halted
***JLink Error: Can not read register 15 (R15) while CPU is running
**JLink Warning: CPU could not be halted

Programming Failed!
Error: Flash Download failed - "Cortex-M3"
出错后再烧写第二次则没有问题。请问这可能是什么问题？

这个可能是烧写速度设的太高了，设成1M或500K试试。
