系统要host两个网站：site-a.com和site-b.com
系统必须要另外有一个中心日志服务器把web流量的日志保存在日志服务器上
系统要可以记录来访IP地址的次数并存储在一个数据储存库里
加分项：如果网站每小时被访问10次以上，请求会被转到第三个站点site-c.com

You are given the following requirements:
• System must host 2 websites: site-a.com and site-b.com
• System must log web traffic to centralized logging server (separate from web
server)
• System must count the number of times an IP address has accessed each
website and store counts in a data repository
• Bonus: If a website has been accessed 10 times within 1 hour, redirect them to a
third web site: site-c.com
