GeoServer能不能切出Google Map Tiles呢？

各位大牛好，
GIS入门小白请教一个问题，那就是Geoserver（GeoWebCache）能不能切出Google Map Tiles瓦片来，也就是说，GeoServer的切图缓存能不能被Leaflet或者OpenLayer等直接调用？我自己对比过Arcgis和GeoServer以及一些切图小工具的切图瓦片，发现他们生产的瓦片各部相同，难道每个软件都有自己的切片格式吗？难道每个软件的切片不是通用的吗？难道像Arcgis、Geoserver这种专业的软件切出来的瓦片，也仅仅是为自己的API服务的，别的API无法直接调用吗？希望能有大牛指点一下，谢谢了！

求四川省矢量地图数据，包括各市、县区等，成都市的各县区、路网数据等。用作毕业论文。谢谢啦

当然可以了..你需要了解切片的路径和格式规则
然后再openlayers或leaflet前端找到跟该规则对应的图层调用方式
如果没有的话，就根据规则自己写一个
