root.sh执行失败 报错ORA-5017 the resource action"ora.asm start" encountered the

解决过程和方法总结

系统版本：AIX5.3
数据库版本：Oracle RAC11.2.0.4
在节点2执行root.sh 时报错如上图1
在节点1上执行root.sh执行成功，但是检查，发现节点1上ora.cluster_interconnect.haip offline 并未启动，如下图

尝试启动haip但是无法启动报错：
bash-4.2# ./crsctl start res ora.cluster_interconnect.haip -init
CRS-2501: Resource 'ora.cluster_interconnect.haip' is disabled
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.

折腾很久还是无法启动，于是卸载root.sh后重新安装发现安装时就报错了
两个节点上都卸载root.sh，通过下面的命令卸载
/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl -deconfig -force
然后节点1上重新执行root.sh,结果显示成功 但是发现有如下报错
Start of resource "ora.cluster_interconnect.haip" failed
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.cluster_interconnect.haip' on 'rac1'

于是查看报错中的日志，发现如下报错：


确定原因：查看两个节点上都没有/dev/bpf设备

解决办法：
1、执行/usr/sbin/tcpdump生成bpf设备（执行后过一会手动停止）再在环境中查看两个节点都生成了设备，如下


2、节点1卸载/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/crs/install/rootcrs.pl -deconfig -force

3、重新在两个节点上执行root.sh执行成功
/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh
