系统发生了未经处理的异常

我在使用CAEN的DT5800Ｄ任意波形发生器的时候使用软件DIGITAL　DETECTOR　EMULARTOR的时候出现了我发读取的问题，具体问题如下：
当我想要输出能谱的时候，点击右下角的IMPOT的时候弹出对话框

点击取消的时候弹出了“系统发生了未经处理的异常”对话框

这个你别问我们啊，软件不是你写的，也不是我们写的，谁写的找谁

从异常信息上我们只能知道，你导出数据时，那个文件没有正常生成，仅此而已。至于如何没有生成我们只是不知道的，你只能文件软件提供商了
