新手求教 CCS 5.5.0模拟器连接失败

环境：win7 + CCS5.5.0, 没有其他任何硬件连接，使用CCS自带的模拟仿真。
本来是用CCS6做的工程,用于DSP 28335，但是看网上文章说CCS6不带有模拟器，所以又安装了CCS5.5.0。我按照步骤将CCS5的模拟器放在CCS6里面，也有后面同样的问题，所以就以CCS5为例说明目前的问题。
CCS5里新建向导建立helloworld工程，配置工程设置，Device Family配置为C2000, Variant为2833x Delfino: TMS320F28335, 配置Connection为Texas Instruments XDS100v1 USB Emulator。再新建Test Configuration file.打开新建的测试配置文件，选择Connection设置为“Texas Instruments XDS100v1 USB Emulator, 选择Borad or Device设置为"TMS320F28335"，点击Test Connection按钮，连接失败，输出如下
