求解，如何向簇表中快速差如值？

现在有两种表A1,200万条数据，A2，200万条数据；
建一个簇：create cluster clu_t4 (tel char(11)) tablespace a_t4;
建立两张表，t1，t2；
建立一个索引 create index index_clu_tel on cluster clu_t4;
使索引unusable: alter index index_clu_tel unusable;
其中A1与t1，A2与t2的段都是相互对应的，
表空间a_t4为自动扩展，autoextend on
如何将A1的数据快速的插入t1中，A2的数据快速的插入t2中。
insert into t1 select * from A1;
insert into t2 select * from A2;
会卡住，select current_scn from v$database 卡住后，值变化的速度会很慢。
