pycharm中导入外在包出错

这个包我明显已经下载了，外什么还是会包找不到这个错误


后面我按照包错提示重新下载requests这个包，结果一种下载失败
错误信息：

我在Anaconda中建了一个虚拟环境 里面都可以用requests这个模块 就是我想知道到pycharm中怎么用，我也是刚接触python对这些不是太懂

自己找到问题解决方法了，换了一个解释器
