ADS-2015在使用过程中的问题

刚接触ADS，现在软件碰到了两个比较严重的问题：
1.一旦开始仿真或优化，hpeesofde.exe就会无响应；
2.在版图仿真时出现以下报错内容：

在此之前已经根据其他前辈的提示，去更改11.40文件夹的dll文件，但毫无效果。
目前毫无头绪，而且要做的东西很多，以上两个问题导致整个程序基本上瘫痪，除了画原理图之外什么也干不了。
希望业界前辈和大佬们给予指点。
