ewebeditor如何实时获取iframe中内容（类似onchange功能）？

程序在提交时才知道其提交内容。我现在想在提交前，检查当前输入内容是否与题库中内容重复，以前表单有onchange功能，结合js和ajax可以实现。在网上搜索，window.frames("eWebEditor1").window.frames("eWebEditor").document.getElementsByTagName("body")[0].innerhtml可以获得其内容，但不能实时获得，只能再设置一个按钮才能获得，如果有onchange类似功能的话，就方便了。
