使用sharegate移行sharepoint，出现error和warning，请大神帮忙

错误一.
To preserve the lists OOB workflows or the content types OOB workflows configurations when copying with your version of SharePoint, you must install the server extension on the source server.
*（客户不允许安装OOB，寻求安装以外的解决办法）

错误二.
Property 'XXX': The questions are not the same at the source and at the destination, values might be lost.

sharegate是一款迁移数据的产品，既然你都买了产品，去找售后啊。感觉，论坛里应该解决不了这样的问题把，毕竟，买这个用的人，在论坛里不会特别多。

感觉应该是迁移的两端要环境保持一致吧，如果一端安装了OOB workflow另一端也要安装，否则会影响数据迁移。
