pg数据库安装的时候报了个错是An error occured executing the Microsoft VC+ + runtime installe然后我看了下网上的，管理员运行cmd，工作目录切换到postgresql安装文件所在目录，运行postgresql-8.4.2-1-windows.exe --install_runtimes 0结果又报了一个错是： there has been an error. Error running C: \USer\xm\AppData\Local\Temp\postgresql_installer_373a2e37e0\getlocales.exe :chiled: unknown signal 这个是啥意思⊙_⊙
