先不说你是否可以卖，关键你卖给谁，大家做开发的那个不会下载。就连微软的 VOL 版，你会买吗，中国的盗版产业如此猖獗，你能保证你的销路是可行的。在中国有网络的就不会买任何人的东西。

可以，看开发人数。 软件收费大多都是按照电脑使用数统计的。 我也记得好像社区版 5人以下免费。 （其实微软人家也不是太在乎。你去过外包就知道，基本也都是盗版的，然后给人家银行，金融，大公司的开发。） 不过我之前一家公司，有10个左右使用dreamweaver就被发律师信了。
