为什么jdk-12.0.2 bin目录下没有native2asc ii 难道我给删了？

官方1.9开始移除的这个工具,

tools Removal of native2ascii tool native2ascii tool is removed in JDK 9. JDK 9 supports UTF-8 based properties resource bundles (see JEP 226) and the conversion for UTF-8 based properties resource bundles to ISO-8859-1 is no longer needed. 官方解释 jdk9开始支持UTF8的properties不需要再转ISO-8859-1了
