visual studio 2015 Prerequisites

系统为win7旗舰版，64位操作系统。
之前有安装过vs2013和vs2015，但后来出问题之后，也无法在控制面板中卸载，于是使用第三方工具强制删除了，这是前提。
现在重新安装vs 2015 with update 3，每次安装到Prerequisites时，就会发生错误。
网上的方法都尝试过了，但是再次安装时，仍然会出现这个问题。
