Application can not input any words by hand-writing keyboard.

I created a dialog based project by visual studio 2010 with default settings, then i dragged an edit control to the dialog.
Then, I tried to use the handwriting input method witch provider by windows 10, but unfortunately, I can not input anything in the edit box.
Had anyone found a solution about this?
