centOS7的 bash : lmgrd commond not found 咋解决

求帮助，lmgrd 的命令没发现和什么有关，我需要找哪方面资料
刚开始接触linux环境，了解的少

The FlexNet tools require installing the Linux Standard Base package (version 3.0 or later) on your computer.

For example, on RHEL and Fedora, type:

# yum install redhat-lsb.i686

On Ubuntu and Debian:

# apt-get install ia32-libs
# apt-get install lsb-core

On SUSE (SLES, OpenSUSE), using the graphical installer:

# yast2 -i lsb

or using the command line installer:

# zypper in lsb

For security reasons, it is strongly recommended that a specific user is created to run the service. A new local user is typically created using the useradd(8) command. This guide assumes that user flexlm is created this way:

# useradd flexlm

我直接别处找的一个lmgrd ，然后./lmgrd 执行
