VS2013安装程序点开后提示 Update 5 不适用，或被计算机上的其他条件所阻止。

如题，我刚刚通过iso删除了vs2015，然后下载了官方的vs2013镜像（Updata5） 下载并解压后安装就不能了，并且sha-1值与官方的比较没区别，求助，ProgramData目录里的vs的都删了 环境变量里也删了。
