Python2.7.16 from PIL import Image 报错 网上各种方法基本都试了一遍，无法解决！求大神指教！
因为PIL库未更新，安装Pillow库代替
一、安装Pillow 低阶版本（Pillow<=5.3.0）
import PIL 在Python Command line和Python IDLE（.py文件）运行均正常 from PIL import Image

在Python Command line中正常，在Python IDLE（.py文件）会报错：
from .import _iamging as core
ImportError：DLL load failed：找不到指定的程序
二、安装Pillow 高阶版本（Pillow=>5.4.0）
import PIL 在 在Python Command line和Python IDLE（.py文件）运行均正常
但是from PIL import Image 在Python Command line和Python IDLE（.py文件）会出现错误： from .import _iamging as core ImportError：DLL load failed：找不到指定的程序
