求问移动端 position: fixed 里有个列表怎样才能判断列表是否滑动到底部呢? 谢谢大神

是这样的 一个移动端的项目 在一个position: fixed 的div中 有一个列表 .
想实现在列表中滑动到底部后, 再上拉进入另一个页面. 请问怎样判断在position: fixed中判断是否滑动到底部呢?
