[Web] 请教怎样更改DNS

我们公司的域名是国内注册的，现在我的香港同事发了一封EMAIL过来，原文如下
We are not going to change the domain name registrar company, but update the DNS only.
Please make sure they will help to update the nameserver records to
ns.icjdc.com / 202.67.153.123
ns2.icjdc.com / 202.67.153.124  (if they need the second ns)
我的问题是1、请教怎样更改DNS
          2、何为nameserver records  
          3、是不是就是改A记录和MAX记录呢？
          4、在21CN注册的域名怎样改这些资料的，是不是有个后台管理界面的？
