网络连接问题

公司有台2950 solaris 10的主机，装了Oracle数据库在上面
现在从windows上使用ERP系统，第一次都会连接不上，出现TNS错误。
ping 主机：
ping 192.168.1.5
reply from 192.168.1.5:bytes-32 time<1ms ttl=255
reply from 192.168.1.5:bytes-32 time=29ms ttl=255
reply from 192.168.1.5:bytes-32 time=29ms ttl=255
reply from 192.168.1.5:bytes-32 time=29ms ttl=255

网络通的，可就是不能使用
用ping 192.168.1.5 -t 一直连,过一会就又正常了,ERP系统也可以正常使用.

Solaris路由和网关都有设置，不知道是那里出了问题。

还有就是关闭Ping -t的窗口，空闲一会后又会这样，谁能帮帮我！
