utl_file问题

使用utl_file写文件
开始时报错：

ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_FILE", line 157
ORA-06512: at line 6

在initSid.ora中增加目录
UTL_FILE_DIR = "/opt/tmp"后，

报错：
