[Web] apache+php的奇怪问题

我在LINUX下安装APACHE+PHP。在ServerName下指定了我的IP地址重启后
提示我
[root@Web bin]# apachectl restart
httpd: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
httpd not running, trying to start
(9!!!!!!!!!!!!: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80

Unable to open logs!
请问这是怎么回事？而且我也正看到APACHE的页面
