请教James邮件系统的安装问题

我在安装james邮件系统时，安装说明文档运行run.bat文件，但是总提示我这个错误：

Shutting down Phoenix.
不知道是什么原因？怎么重启Phoenix？java我已经安装了，是1.4的，环境变量也设置了！
