匪夷所思的故障现象

请教大虾：
防火墙，使用Ethernet1 直接连接PC测试，PC直接设置与Ethernet1同类网段的IP，具体如下：


防火墙(NS)   Ethernet1 :  10.72.72.100/24

PC -ip                       :  10.72.72.102/24 (没有设置网关)

通过PC无法Ping该端口的 10.72.72.100，查看防火墙Interface Eth1 ,Link up /phc link up

无法理解什么原因
