[Mail] Sendmail+openwebmail问题。。。

大侠们：
    我的系统是Red Hat Linux9.0，已经在自己的机子上安装了Sendmail，收发邮件都没问题。
现在又安装了Openwebmail-2.30-20040103，还有其支持包：perl-CGI-SpeedyCGI-2.21-RH9.I386.rpm、perl-Compress-Zlib-1.21-RH9.i386.rpm、perl-Text-Iconv-1.2-Rh80.i386.rpm
但是在游览器里面输入http://x.x.x.x/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail.pl没有出现webmail的登录界面而是提示：Please execute '/var/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail-tool.pl --init' on server first!
我头痛哪。。。请大侠们救救我吧！！！
