[proxy] Authenticate Squid with Netware ...

I got two question about Squid :

1. any module allow squid pass user authentication to Netware without using LDAP ?

2. do anybody setup Squid Access Control that manage by other server than squid itseif ? e.g. i want my squid proxy authentication and "user access control" like who can access, accessing times, restricted url all control by Win2k or Netware.
