inet:Command is respawning too rapidly 啥意思呀？

上午发现服务器ftp，telnet都不好使了。
下午到机房进行了检查，发现inetd进程没有了。（ps -ef |grep inetd）
屏幕上隔一会就蹦出：

INIT: Command is respawning too rapidly. Check for possible errors.
id:  SV "/usr/bin/srload -D -q"

   用 /etc/rc2.d/S69inet start  启动也没有效果。

  实在是不明白什么意思。希望各位指点……  
  
  服务器：sun 480
   上面装有oracle，最好不能重起服务器。
