系统IO占用率很高，能帮我看看有什么需要注意的吗？

这是一台proxy服务器，用disksuite做了软raid5，以前上网还行，但是最近感觉上网时速度很慢，但是出口可是100MB的，top命令的输出结果如下，io等待占用的时间很多，我需要再检查什么信息，以提高运行效率？
