[Web] 配置W2K+Apache+MySql+PHP4的问题

我把别人的PHP.ini和Apache的Http.conf文件都拷贝过来使用
版本一致，文件中要改的地方都改过了

但还是不能用
我启动Apache的时候出现了“命令提示符”
内容：
