qt安装在windows下后有7.2G？？？？

下载了qt4.5.1.qt-sdk-win-opensource-2009.02.1.exe 170多M解压后，在cmd中运行mingw32-make 无参数，运行了快20个小时，最后还报了几个error。测试程序能编译通过。不知道为什么我的占了这么大的空间。我用的是qt creator，安装包自带的。

不编译不是可以直接用吗，为啥要编译呢，中间文件非常耗空间的
