关于rails installation 和 sqlite3 installation的问题

大家好！我在跟着这个网站学习rails的时候，遇到了这样一个error。我事先有把rails和sqlite3都安装好，但是这个error说sqlite3.h is missing。请问该怎么把这个error给修正呢？（我已经试过在project directory里面把gem 'sqlite3' 改成 gem 'sqlite3', '~> 1.3', '< 1.4'，然后再run bundle install. 但是同样的error仍会出现）
