在百度的时候又看到《VLC 实时缓冲播放流媒体H264 流畅性问题》这个帖子，大概理解是解码方面的问题，不过在解码部分Java没有做相关实现

测试阶段使用VLCJ创建了4个播放器同时运行

java播放vlc视频，转码的时候CPU会迅速飙升到80%甚至更高。服务器扛不住的。 建议使用ffmpeg
