求助：docker的mysql配置出问题，系统报警告page_cleaner

最近使用docker搭建了一个mysql数据库进行测试，发现总是出现如下问题，甚是苦恼，调整参数好久也不见好，不知道为什么，来求助一下，是哪方面的原因，如何解决？

另外谁有好用的生产环境的mysql的docker-compose文件，发一个学习学习。谢谢。
