mvn -v执行成功，mvn help:system执行失败，是什么原因（已经折磨了两天了））

被这个问题已经折磨了两天了，实在是受不了了。请大神帮忙看看。
下面是报错信息：

另外参考maven给你的解决方案，最后一种情况maven-metadata.xml错误也是有可能的，需要手动删掉重新下载 文件在你本地仓库/org/apache/maven/plugins下，你的仓库id是nexus-aliyun，要删的文件名字应该是maven-metadata-nexus-aliyun.xml

你的maven什么版本？照楼上说的用新地址不用老地址试试。 另外public是jcenter和central的聚合仓库，可以作为这两个的镜像。

很多人配置maven文件出错，执行mvn -v没问题，但是执行mvn help:system报错，最终解决办法就是用一个配置好的替换就行，记得改一下本地仓库路径E:\maven\repository，改成你的本地仓库路径，然后再用cmd命令试试，就成功了，镜像是阿里云的
