git clone出现错误Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 1080: 拒绝连接

当操作以下命令时：

git clone https://github.com/

出现

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/Embedfire/embed_linux_tutorial/': Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 1080: 拒绝连接

解决方法有将access后面的https改为git

然后我的ubuntu还是不可以，然后将网络设置为自动，之前修改成手动的了。
