FASMARM v1.42 This package is an ARM assembler add-on for FASM. FASMARM currently supports the full range of instructions for 32-bit and 64-bit ARM processors and coprocessors up to and including v8. Contents: 1. ARM assembly compatibility 2. UAL and pre-UAL syntaxes 3. IT block handling 4. Alternate encodings 5. Output formats 6. Control directives 7. Data definitions 8. Defining registers lists inside macros 9. Half-precision number formatting 10. Variants supported 11. Further information 12. Version history _______________________________________________________________________________ 1. ARM assembly compatibility There are a few restrictions how the ARM instruction set is implemented. The changes are minor and mostly have a minor impact. For the most part the basic instruction outline is the same. Where possible the original style is used but there are some differences: Not everything matches the ARM ADS assembly style, where possible the original style is used but there are some differences 1) label names cannot begin with a digit 2) CPSIE and CPSID formats are changed, use "iflags_aif" form instead of "aif" (eg. "CPSIE iflags_i" instead of "CPSID i") 3) SRS with writeback must have a separating space after the mode number and before "!" (eg. "SRSDB 16 !" instead of "SRSDB 16!") 4) macro, rept, irp, format, if, virtual etc. are all significant changes from the ARM ADS, so you will need to re-write those sections of existing code Original ARM Syntax | fasmarm Syntax ----------------------+---------------------- cpsie a | cpsie iflags_a | srsdb #29! | srsdb #29 ! ;or, | srsdb 29 ! _______________________________________________________________________________ 2. UAL and pre-UAL syntaxes fasmarm supports the original pre-UAL syntax and the newer UAL syntax. These two syntaxes only affect THUMB encodings. UAL stands for: Universal Assembly Language. pre-UAL syntax is selected wi
Fixed-point HE-AAC decoder Developed by RealNetworks, 2005===============================Overview--------This module contains a high-performance HE-AAC decoder for 32-bit fixed-point processors. The following is a summary of what is and is not supported:Supported: - MPEG2, MPEG4 low complexity decoding (intensity stereo, M-S, TNS, PNS) - spectral band replication (SBR), high-quality mode - mono, stereo, and multichannel modes - ADTS, ADIF, and raw data block file formatsNot currently supported: - main or SSR profile, LTP - coupling channel elements (CCE) - 960/1920-sample frame size - low-power mode SBR - downsampled (single-rate) SBR - parametric stereoHighlights - highly optimized for ARM processors (details in docs/ subdirectory) - reference x86 implementation - C and assembly code only (C++ not required for codec library) - reentrant, statically linkable - low memory (details in docs/ subdirectory) - option to use Intel Integrated Performance Primitives (details below)Supported platforms and toolchainsThis codec should run on any 32-bit fixed-point processor which can perform a full 32x32-bit multiply (providing a 64-bit result). The following processors and toolchains are supported: - x86, Microsoft Visual C++ - x86, GNU toolchain (gcc) - ARM, ARM Developer Suite (ADS) - ARM, Microsoft Embedded Visual C++ - ARM, GNU toolchain (gcc)ARM refers to any processor supporting ARM architecture v.4 or above. Thumb is not required.Generally ADS produces the fastest code. EVC 3 does not support inline assembly code for ARM targets, so calls to MULSHIFT32 (smull on ARM) are left as function calls. This incurs a significant performance penalty. For the fastest code on targets which do not normally use ADS consider compiling with ADS, using the -S option to output assembly code, and feeding this assembly code to the assem
paxCompiler is an embeddable cross-platform compiler of the Object Pascal, Basic and JavaScript programming languages. The key features of the paxCompiler are: The compiler generates machine code for Intel compatible processors (IA-32/64 architecture) for platforms: Win32/Win64, Mac OS, iOS Simulator. The second script runner is a cross-platform interpreter based on intermediate code. Supported platforms are Win32/Win64, Linux, Android, Mac OS, iOS Simulator, iOS Device. The compiler is written in Delphi and it is compatible with Free Pascal/Lazarus 32/64 bit. It is possible to use the compiler as a scripting engine, so you can customize and extend the application without having to recompile it. The compiler supports Object Pascal language based on the Delphi 7 standard and extends it with generic types, operator overloading, anonymous functions and closures, lambda-expressions. Syntax of Basic language is similar to VB.NET. JavaScript implementation is based on ECMA-262 standard. Cross-language programming support. You can use Pascal units in Basic and JavaScript programs and vice versa. COM support. paxCompiler components allow you to implement debugger and code explorer. Script-defined types support run-time information (RTTI). You can bind instances of script-defined classes with dfm files. You can import host-defined types with paxCompiler importer. Automatic import of host-defined types is available for Delphi XE2-XE7. You can create stand alone executable files and dlls. Support of compiled units and run-time packages. paxCompiler engine is thread safe. The nearest milestones on road map of the compiler development include: C/C++ compiler and native code generator for ARM processors.
