【求助】vs2008在w8.1上无法安装

关于QGis编译经过刚好一个星期，我终于把QGis进行二次开发的环境搭建好了，参考了网上非常多的资料，但是大多都没有什么帮助，于是我来这里分享下我的经验，希望能够对正在进行这方面研究的朋友有一定的帮助，别像我一样走了那么多弯路。我所使用的系统为Windows8.1企业版，成功编译QGis1.8.0，使用VS2008编译，但是在二次开发的时候我使用了VS2010。我最开始编译的是QGis2.2.0的源代码，分别阅读详情

由于vs2015有些卡慢，今卸载了vs2015，装vs2008.安装过程中遇到如下错误：

映像应该没问题，以前装过。没出过问题。

网上各种方法都尝试过了。。。什么卸载新版.net,卸载office2007，全部无济于事。
