想安装一个设备软件，中途出现提示框，内容为“There is a problem with this windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.Contact your support personnel or package vendor.”

点击“ok”后，最终软件安装失败。

请大神帮忙解决。急用。谢谢。

我出碰到这个问题，我后面关掉杀毒软件以及windows防火墙，就按装成功了。

首先检查你这个安装包的I系统版本是否正确，然后再看看有没有需要依赖支持的组件没有安装，比如说Vc或者framework，如果还没有解决，你看看你的硬件设备是否连接出现错误驱动程序配置错误等。实在不行重装系统能解决99%的问题。重换机子能解决100%的问题。

仅仅这些信息是没有什么用的，可以到临时目录下去看看，按时间排序，安装当时的有没有生成日志文件，往往可能至少有两个，一个是这个软件的，里面大致是有上面一样的内容，然后可能还有上面提及的那个 part 的安装日志，那里或有更具体详尽的说明，或可有解决的线索。
